When Will Your Gift Card Arrive?

Gift cards are sent via first class post, free of charge, and are processed the next business day. They are usually delivered within a few days.

Terms

Gift cards are valid at both Saravá and Sergio's with no expiration date. Please protect gift cards like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Rio Rewards Points

Rio Rewards points are awarded at time of use, not when gift cards are purchased.
